Group Classes for 9-17 years old. Though our dance portfolio consists of 24 different latin and smooth dances, our curriculum carefully designed for young and/or beginner dancers includes six (6) major and most popular latin and smooth dances. The program consists of Foxtrot, Waltz, East Coast Swing, Cha-Cha, Rumba, and Tango. As students become more advanced, Meringue, Salsa, Mambo, Samba, etc. may be introduced. The dance program focuses on timing and rhythm, proper footwork, correct posture and body frame, and accurate leading and following techniques.
